Refund Policy

To return a product you must simply email cozyjacks@gmail.com with reasoning as to why you want to return the product.
Once your email has been noticed someone from our team will reach out and give you all the details you need to know when sending the product back. 
Refunds typically take 5-7 days to process and for the funds to go back into your bank.
